The experience

A musical approach
to sound healing.

A sound bath is an invitation to settle in and listen as live sound unfolds around you.

SANTOS brings the sensitivity of a musician and vocalist to each session. Crystal singing bowls, flute, bells, chimes, shakers, and drum create changing layers of tone, rhythm, and resonance.

Guided meditation, gentle breathing, and voice may accompany the instruments. The pacing and musical elements are shaped around the setting, the group, and your intentions for the gathering.

Guests can sit or lie down, with room to adjust, pause, or simply listen. No musical or meditation experience is needed.

Planning a sound bath

The practical details.

What happens during a session?

The session usually begins with time to settle in and an introduction to the experience. Live voice and instruments follow, with space to rest and reflect at the end. Guided meditation or gentle breathing can be included by arrangement.

How long is a sound bath?

60- and 90-minute formats can be discussed, along with a tailored session for your event. Timing, setup access, group size, and fees are confirmed before booking.

Can it take place outdoors?

Yes, when the location and conditions are suitable. We discuss shade, weather, ambient noise, access, and a backup plan before confirming an outdoor session.

What does the venue need to provide?

A comfortable listening space with room for the instruments and guests to sit or lie down. We agree on mats, chairs, blankets, sound requirements, and setup time together.

Do guests need experience or particular beliefs?

No. Guests are welcome to listen in a way that feels comfortable. Spiritual language, chanting, and other elements are discussed with the organizer in advance. Participants may ask for adjustments or step out.

How do I book?

Send your date, location, approximate group size, and the type of gathering. SANTOS will discuss availability, the session format, and a quote with you.

Sound baths are offered as a wellbeing and spiritual practice. They are not medical treatment or psychotherapy.

Individual sessions

A personal
sound experience.

Voice, instruments, and guided listening, with time to settle and reflect.

Discuss the setting, your preferences, and any sensitivities to sound before booking. A session may include singing bowls, chimes, flute, live voice, or gentle breathing by agreement.

Sound can also be included within The Santos Method alongside readings, Reiki, and breathwork.
